We are pleased to be working with Foundation Press, part of the West Academic Publishing family, as part of the University Casebook Series. We are spending Summer 2026 putting the finishing touches on the first edition, which we plan to be available in time for fall adoptions. Faculty considering adopting the book should contact one of us or Foundation Press to see draft proofs.
